a. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 12 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

b. Cancellation Fee: Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific fee amount will be determined based on the circumstances, and we will communicate this to you.

2. Cancellations by Gemini Ilko Cleaning Ltd

a. Service Rescheduling: In the event that we need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. We will work with you to reschedule the service at a convenient time or offer a full refund if the rescheduling is not possible.

3. Refunds

a. Refund Requests: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 3 days of the service date to report any issues or concerns.

b. Refund Determination: Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will investigate the reported issue and, if found valid, offer a full or partial refund or provide a complementary cleaning service to address the concern.

4. Payment Refunds

a. Method of Refund: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

b. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
